These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nano Banana Pro at https://nanobananaprofree.pro, including the AI Studio, landing sections (generator, usage, showcase, FAQ, CTA), tutorials, and any integrations (e.g., Figma, Photoshop, Google AI Studio). By creating an account, initiating a generation, or browsing our marketing site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Nano Banana Pro is an AI image generation, editing, and animation workspace powered by Google Gemini 3 Pro Image. Key features include:

Text-to-image, image-to-image, and image-to-video modes with 2K/4K outputs.
Prompt engineering aids, negative prompts, seed controls, and commercial licensing.
Multi-format downloads (PNG, JPEG), gallery management, and Sonner-powered notifications.
Free trials (typically 3 generations per session) and paid credit packs for faster or unlimited use.

We may update, add, or remove features (e.g., badges, tutorials, pricing tiers) at our discretion.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required in your region) and capable of forming a binding contract.
Registration: Provide accurate and complete information. Keep your locale, theme, and notification preferences current.
Security: Safeguard credentials, API tokens, and access to your devices. Notify us immediately about unauthorized access.
Enterprise Access: If you act on behalf of a company, you affirm you have authority to bind that entity.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Google Gemini usage rules.
Respect generation quotas, credit limits, and gating such as “video generation requires 50+ credits.”
Avoid uploading or generating content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or violates privacy rights.
Refrain from reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to bypass security or rate limits.
Not resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without written authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these obligations.

5. Ownership & Licenses

You own prompts, uploaded assets, and the outputs you generate, subject to third-party rights and applicable law.
By providing content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to deliver the requested generation, troubleshooting, and feature improvements.
We (or our licensors) retain all rights to the Nano Banana Pro platform, branding, documentation, and proprietary models. Using the service does not transfer any intellectual property ownership.

6. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

Pricing details, including the $0 credit trial, Gemini Pro upgrades (~$20/month), and enterprise tiers, are described on our landing page and checkout.
Fees become due when you purchase credit packs or subscriptions. Taxes may apply.
Payments are handled by trusted processors such as Stripe; you authorize us to charge your selected method.
Credits expire or renew according to the plan shown at purchase.
Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Except where required by law or the Refund Policy, purchases are final.

7. Privacy

Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined there.

8. Service Availability & Support

We aim for reliable 24/7 availability with an average 7-second generation time, but uptime is not guaranteed. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nano Banana Pro is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee error-free generations, uninterrupted service, or specific outcomes (e.g., perfect character consistency).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nano Banana Pro and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; loss of data; or business interruption. Aggregate liability for claims arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nano Banana Pro, its officers, employees, partners, and licensors against claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of our primary place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or a competent court as required by applicable statutes. Consumers retain any non-waivable rights granted by local law.

13. Changes to the Terms
